Cross Brush Aggregates

The cross brush aggregates by smt are suitable for the cleaning of even surfaces as well as for the cleaning off of conveyor belts in press lines.

The brush aggregates can be adjusted manually and as an option also automatically (pneumatically/electrically) to different material thicknesses.

The brush aggregates are used for the cleaning on one side or on both sides.

A compact design ensures an easy integration into conveyor and transport systems, for new equipment as well as for additional systems to existing equipment.

The brushed off particles are cleaned off at the point where the brush belts turn back. The cleaning of the brush belts is done by means of an efficient suction and filtering system that is placed in the near of the conveyor. Several smt-brush aggregates can be connected to one suction and filtering unit.
