For an OEM-customer we installed orders for two transfer presses in the retrofit-area in his plant in Mexico. Both lines have been running successfully in production since the Sommer of last year and today they achieve more than the expected output and reliability. 

The complete Destacker for Blank sizes of max. 3200 x 1800 mm in steel and aluminum were assembled and commissioned in our plant. The core items of the machinery are:

• Automatic fanner station for steel and aluminum blanks
• Double feeder for destacking of up to 18 strokes/minute
• Complete conveyor system with magnetic- and vacuum belt combinations
• Blank Washing Machine and Spray Lubrication System
• Mechanical centering for the hand-over to the transfer for press loading
• Control Rockwell A/B
• Full sound protection enclosure
• Complete installation in Mexico
